All rents are concluded under a contract. PAYMENT · Deposit : a deposit of 25% of the price of the rent must be paid at time of booking. · Balance : the balance of the rent will be paid on the day of arrival. CERTIFICATE OF STAY On request we can provide you with a "certificate of stay" proving your stay in one of our residence. This one will be established in a single copy at the conclusion of your stay.. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of 155 Euros shall be asked upon arrival, and returned if no cause to retain it is found on the day of your departure after inventory jointly made by the owner and guests. HOUSEKEEPING Having found a fit and tidy cottage upon your arrival, we request our guests to do before their departure the following housework : to wash the dishes, to dry-clean the oven and the gas cooker, clean grounds, cross the vacuum cleaner on the carpet, clean in the bathroom and the WC, empty dustbins. · If the cottage is dirty, the owner reserves the right to charge an additional fee on the basis of 11 Euros per estimated additional hour of extra cleaning. HOURS Please respect the arrival time after 4 pm and the departure time before 10 am. In case of late or deferred arrival, please, contact us. CAPACITY Every contract is established for a maximum capacity of persons in each cottage which cannot be exceeded. If the number of guests exceeds the accommodation facilities, yhe onwner may refuse or charge an additional fee of 30 Euros per extra guest.. PETS Pets are our friends, but aren't authorized. |
